DAVID A. CARROLL
David Carroll is a Partner at Rice Silbey Reuther & Sullivan, LLP, practicing in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and real estate litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Carroll was a Shareholder at the Las Vegas law firm of Jones Vargas. Prior to joining Jones Vargas, he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael A. Cherry of the Eighth Judicial District.
Mr. Carroll served as a Member of the Commercial Leasing Subcommittee for the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Nevada. He frequently speaks and lectures on landlord tenant legal topics for clients and professional groups. He is the Nevada Chair of the Bowdoin Alumni Schools and Interviewing Committee.
Mr. Carroll is a graduate of Bowdoin College, cum laude, and the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada. He is a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations.
