JOHN SULLIVAN
John M. Sullivan is of counsel at Rice Silbey Reuther & Sullivan, LLP. Mr. Sullivan's practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions and related matters, which include real property acquisitions and dispositions; secured and unsecured financing; development and construction matters; loan restructuring, modifications, and work-outs; office and retail leasing; business and general asset acquisition and sale; and entity formation and corporate governance. Mr. Sullivan is also a Nevada unrestricted gaming licensee and represents clients in front of Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission.
Mr. Sullivan most recently served as President and General Counsel of Territory Incorporated, one of Nevada’s largest and most prominent commercial real estate developers. He serves on the board of directors of the Las Vegas Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (past president) and the Three Square Food Bank as well as being a past director of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas Founders (past president), Bishop Gorman High School, and Variety – the Children’s Charity.
Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Southern California business school and the law school at George Washington University. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
